Smithtown Police Blotter: Multiple Identity Thefts Reported
All identity theft incidents were first-degree, police say.

The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.
- Feb. 7: Identity theft (first-degree) was reported on Browns Road in Nesconset from Dec. 10, 2019 at noon.
- Feb. 7: Criminal mischief was reported on Atterbury Drive in Smithtown at 7 p.m.
- Feb. 6: Harassment was reported on Paddington Circle in Nesconset at 4:45 p.m.
- Feb. 5: Identity theft (first-degree) was reported on Route 111 in Smithtown from Feb. 4 at 3:35 p.m.
- Feb. 4: Harassment was reported on Nesconset Highway in Smithtown at 9:50 p.m.
- Feb. 3: Identity theft (first-degree) was reported on Birchbrook Drive in Smithtown from Nov. 21, 2019 at 6:45 p.m.
