Smithtown Police Blotter: Reckless Endangerment & Grand Larceny

There was also an identity theft, police say.

The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.

  • Feb. 16: Grand larceny was reported at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove at 12:45 p.m.
  • Feb. 16: Harassment was reported on Argyle Place in Smithtown at 7:05 p.m.
  • Feb. 15: Criminal mischief was reported on Sun Hill Road in Nesconset from Feb. 14 at noon.
  • Feb. 15: Two cases of harassment were reported on Ledgewood Drive in Smithtown at 4 p.m.
  • Feb. 14: Reckless endangerment (first-degree) was reported on Cambon Avenue in St. James at 1 a.m.
  • Feb. 14: Grand larceny was reported at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove from Jan. 15 at 8:04 p.m.
  • Feb. 13: Criminal mischief was reported on West Main Street in Smithtown at 4:10 p.m.
  • Feb. 12: Harassment was reported on Lafayette Avenue in Lake Grove at 11:39 a.m.
  • Feb. 12: Criminal mischief was reported on West Main Street in Smithtown at 2:15 a.m.
  • Feb. 12: Harassment was reported on Route 25A in Smithtown at 10 p.m.
  • Feb. 11: Harassment was reported on School Street in St. James at 7:30 a.m.
  • Feb. 11: Identity theft (second-degree) was reported on Equine Lane in Nissequogue from Nov. 19, 2019 at 10 a.m.
  • Feb. 9: Harassment was reported on North Country Road in St. James at 2:30 a.m.
