Suffolk Arrest Report- July 22
A look at some recent arrests in the area, including several related to the break up of a drug ring.

All of the following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate a conviction.
- Nicholas Way, 25, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Deer Park on July 20 on a charge of fourth degree grand larceny
- Emmitt Smith, 26, of West Babylon, was arrested in West Babylon on July 19 on a charge of second degree conspiracy
- Paul Colletti, 51, of Deer Park, was arrested in Deer Park on July 19 on charges of third degree criminal sale of controlled substance and second degree conspiracy
- Melquisedec Puello, 30, of Middle Village, was arrested in East Farmingdale on July 18 on a charge of operating a drug ring
- Ryan Jones, 34, of Deer Park, was arrested in Deer Park on July 19 on a charge of second degree conspiracy
- Justin Zmitrovis, 52, of Deer Park, was arrested in Deer Park on July 18 on a charge of second degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
- Mark Zmitrovis, 54, of Deer Park, was arrested in Deer Park on July 18 on charges of second degree conspiracy and second degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
- Lawrence Maher, 48, of West Islip, was arrested in Deer Park on July 18 on a charge of aggravated DWI
- Elizabeth Rasmussen, 26, of Massapequa, was arrested in Massapequa on July 18 on a charge of first degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
- Sharif Lambert, 21, of East Farmingdale, was arrested in East Farmindale on July 16 on charges of first degree reckless endangerment and first degree criminal contempt
- Muhammad Asif, 35, of Deer Park, was arrested in Farmingdale on July 14 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Jacqueline Zippelius, 23, of Huntington Station, was arrested in Huntington Station on July 20 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Aaron Antwintiri, 74, of East Northport, was arrested in Huntington on July 19 on a charge of first degree offer to file a false instrument
- Katherine Denicola, 21, of Greenlawn, was arrested in Centerport on July 17 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Peter Beach, 57, of Huntington, was arrested in Huntington on July 17 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Joseph Simeone, 28, of Babylon, was arrested in Bay Shore on July 18 on a charge of fourth degree grand larceny
- James Eato, 29, of Greenlawn, was arrested in Brentwood on July 15 on a charge of fourth degree grand larceny
- Thomas Leahey, 31, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Ronkonkoma on July 19 on a charge of second degree conspiracy
- Brandon Molinaro, 18, of Nesconset, was arrested in Commack on July 17 on a charge of third degree burglary
- Patrick Floyd, 44, of Deer Park, was arrested in Islip on July 16 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Dimitri Lettas, 21, of Saint James, was arrested in Smithtown on July 15 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Christopher Loughlin, 48, of Kings Park, was arrested in Kings Park on July 15 on a charge of first degree criminal contempt
- Stephen Plati, 25, of Nesconset, was arrested in Smithtown on July 14 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Torrey Smith, 38, of East Northport, was arrested in Smithtown on July 14 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Shawn Treschl, 25, of Holbrook, was arrested in Sayville on July 20 on a charge of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
- Andres Sanchez, 26, of Holbrook, was arrested in Patchogue on July 18 on a charge of second degree robbery
- Susan Melhorn, 30, of Stony Brook, was arrested in Patchogue on July 16 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Warren Kranz, 58, of Rocky Point, was arrested in Miller Place on July 20 on a charge of DWI-previous conviction in past 10 years
- Kelsey Lock, 20, of Holtsville, was arrested in Setauket on July 15 on a charge of aggravated DWI
- Edward Rockowitz, 73, of Commack, was arrested in Shirley on two counts of first degree sex abuse: contact with individual younger than 11
- Roxy Headley, 29, of Mastic Beach, was arrested in Mastic Beach on July 19 on a charge operating a drug ring
