The Tranes Team Recognized Among Top N.Y. Real Estate Teams by REAL Trends

The Ronni Tranes Team, affiliated with the Smithtown office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, has been recognized by the 2015 REAL Trends Best Real Estate Agents in America list as being among the top real estate teams in New York. The Tranes team ranked No. 152 in closed sales volume for 2014.

Sales associates and teams affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Long Island and Queens, N.Y. obtained 7 spots on the lists of New York’s top real estate professionals, together totaling $138 million in closed sales volume and 136 in closed transaction sides. To be considered by REAL Trends, individual agents had to close more than 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume, and sales teams had to close more than 75 transaction sides or $30 million in sales volume for 2014.

The team is comprised of team leader Ronni Tranes, and sales associates Elizabeth Mosleh, Cynthia Nevins, and Lori Zamore.
