Viola Re-Affiliates with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

Laura Rittenberg, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, N.Y. is pleased to announce the re-affiliation of Dawn Viola as a real estate salesperson at the company’s Smithtown office after spending eight years with two other Long Island real estate brokerage agencies.

Viola has been in the real estate industry for more than 20 years and has experience with all aspects of residential, land, condominium and townhouse sales and rentals. She also assists with commercial sales, rentals and leases.

Professionally, she is a member of the Long Island Board of REALTORS® and has been serving as president of the Suffolk North Shore Chapter since 2015; she is also a member of the New York State Association of REALTORS®, Inc. Locally, she is a board member of Productions Over the Rainbow, Inc. in Holbrook and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Stony Brook, NY and Three Village Chamber of Commerce, which named her Member of the Year in 2010.

A lifelong resident of Long Island, Viola grew up in Holbrook and presently resides in Setauket. She enjoys boating and vacationing with her family and tackling home improvement projects in her spare time.
