West Softball Players Named Scholar-Athletes
The National Fastpitch Coaches Association honors players who have achieved a 3.50 GPA or higher.

The National Fastpitch Coaches Association has named nine members of Smithtown High School West’s softball team as All-American Scholar-Athletes for the 2014-2015 school year.
The National Fastpitch Coaches Association honors players who have achieved a 3.50 GPA or higher. Alexis Papadopoulos, Isabelle Verdu, Madison Mulder, Kaitlyn Loffman, Julia Chapman, Katelyn Meaney, Kiley Magee, Amber Meystrik and Class of 2015 graduate Kimberly Plaspohl earned this national recognition. This is the second time receiving the honor for seven of these athletes.
