Woman Arrested During Suffolk Massage Parlor Raid: Police
The woman was accused of giving unlicensed massages and prostitution services, police say.
SMITHTOWN, NY — A woman was arrested in connection with unlicensed massages and prostitution during a raid at a massage parlor in Smithtown on Wednesday afternoon, Suffolk police said.
Suffolk police investigated Angel Spa, at 12 Bank Ave., around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday following numerous community complaints, police said.
Ji Guoyin, 46, of Flushing, Queens, was arrested and charged with two counts of prostitution and two counts of unauthorized practice of a profession, a class E felony under the New York state Education Law.

Gouyin was released on a desk appearance ticket and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip at a later date.
