• Southampton Man Charged With DWI Resisted Arrest: Police (patch.com) — Southampton Town police say a local man was arrested early Friday after allegedly driving drunk with a suspended license on County Road 39 and then resisting efforts to handcuff him. Officers ultimately subdued him, brought him to Southampton Town headquarters for processing, and scheduled him to appear in Southampton Town Justice Court on multiple misdemeanor charges.
