The Mom Club is teaming up with TRX for a mom-only TRX-inspired workout at Three Ducks, the hot new Westhampton Beach hotel (founded by a mom of 3!). We will be using TRX BandIt and Bands (yours to keep!).👚Everyone will receive a matching, just-launched set from Senita Athletics to wear for the workout (trust us ... we picked one you're going to love...it feels and moves as good as it looks). ➕Gaiamwill be providing us with yoga mats so no need to bring anything besides yourself and sneakers! (if you want to bring a baby/toddler there is plenty of room for a stroller).💆♀️After the calorie blasting workout mix and mingle with other moms while Stretch Zone Southampton practitioners offer 1:1 assisted stretching and Theory Aesthetic will be treating everyone to brow mapping and shaping.😋🍫Plus, refreshments and light breakfast bites (think chia pudding, pastries and other yummy options) will be provided by Three Ducks,Thrive Market will hook us up with an amazing snack spread and you'll be one of the first to try Oolie Foods - dairy-free & protein-rich dips & yogurts made with farm-fresh eggs that are shelf stable.
