Class will be held under a tent in Private &amp; Gated Arboretum! It doesn't get better than this!
Older siblings aged 4-5 years may also register in the 0-3 years classes​
Pricing: Semester Pro-rated at $45/class
Drop in Price is $50/class
Siblings under 5 months are free with Older Sibling Registered.
Siblings over 5 months or twins are 50% for second child.

You MUST pre-register online, no walk ins
USUALLY - Class will held under huge tent on West side of property.
If weather is very bad class will be held inside the Theater in the Southampton Arts Center.
But since we have a tent, even if it rains a little we can still hold class outside.
What to Bring!
-A comfy waterproof outdoor blanket to sit on.
-Sunscreen, sunglasses &amp; a sunhat for your little one just in case (though we should always be in the shade)
-1 or 2 dancing scarves for your child, which we use every 3-4 classes.
We will supply instruments for kids to jam on in in class! (which we clean after each class).
Please do not bring other Toys to class unless you really want to bring our shakers, Bells, Drums etc.
And DO buy yourself some instruments so your kids can jam at home too!
Don't Come to Class if You're Sick Please!
If any sign of sickness by adult or child, they MUST stay home.&nbsp;Whether it's a fever, cough or runny nose, if you have any sign of sickness you MUST stay home.&nbsp;The teacher will do the same.&nbsp;

4-Week Course on Wednesday, July 8, 15, 22, 29 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM
In this four-day workshop, you will learn the basic steps and techniques to accomplish an en plein air landscape painting. Painting outdoors is one of the most thrilling ways of making art, but it also has its challenges. This class is designed for artists of all levels who want to deepen their connection to nature and develop their ability to paint outdoors.
Working on location, you’ll learn how to:
• Simplify complex scenes into clear, strong compositions
• Quickly capture light and atmosphere during changing conditions
• Use color, value, and brushwork to suggest depth and space
• Learn about paint layering and color mixing
Each 3‐hour class begins with a brief demonstration and discussion (about 30 minutes), followed by focused painting time with one‐on‐one guidance. We’ll work at nearby outdoor locations such as the SAC gardens. By the end of the course, you will have learned the basic steps and techniques necessary to create a beautiful landscape painting. All experience levels are welcome!
Materials: Paints and brushes, stretched canvas or panels, paper towels, solvent, hat/sun protection, water to drink, and an optional folding chair or stool. A detailed materials list will be provided upon registration.

East End Jazz Launches "Tiny Toes &amp; The Jazz Crew": Free Interactive Family Jazz Concert at Madoo Gardens
SAGAPONACK, NY — Non-profit organization East End Jazz presents "Tiny Toes &amp; The Jazz Crew" on Saturday, July 11th, at Madoo Gardens in Sagaponack. Offering two morning sets at 10:00 AM and 11:45 AM, this unique, multi-generational concert bridges the gap between playtime and world-class live jazz for audiences aged 1 to 99. Admission is free, with RSVP required.
The 60-minute interactive program transforms childhood favorites like "Old MacDonald" and "The Wheels on the Bus" into sophisticated, high-energy jazz arrangements, seamlessly blending nursery rhymes with 1940s bebop and the Great American Songbook. Led by bassist, bandleader, and East End Jazz Director Iris Ornig, the five-piece band of elite professional musicians gets families and jazz enthusiasts off their screens and into the rhythm section through feeling the beat, scat-singing, call-and-response patterns, and dancing.
"We wanted to create a space where the next generation doesn't just listen to music, but feels it," says Iris Ornig, Director of East End Jazz. "By pairing familiar melodies with sophisticated arrangements, we’re inviting families and jazz lovers alike to bring out their inner child and share in the spontaneous joy of this art form."
The Jazz Crew features: Lauren Lee (Vocals), Taka Otomo (Piano), John Ludlow (Saxophone), Iris Ornig (Bass), and Brian Woodruff (Drums).
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, East End Jazz strives to keep its flagship family programming free and accessible. Thanks to the support of Madoo Gardens and the Suffolk County Department of Economic Development and Planning, admission to "Tiny Toes &amp; The Jazz Crew" is FREE. While entry is free, donations are greatly appreciated to help sustain future community initiatives.

One of the Hamptons’ most anticipated summer traditions returns to Water Mill on July 25 in support of LGBTQIA+ youth. The annual “SCHOOL’S OUT” cocktail party raises money to ensure that Hetrick-Martin Institute's young people have the resources they need through the summer months when schools are closed, and resources are scarce. Cocktails are 5:30pm - 7:30pm followed by our VIP ‘Taste of the Hamptons’ Dinner plus an exclusive performance by event co-chair Crystal Waters. The event has drawn an influential and engaged crowd, with past hosts and attendees including Martha Stewart, Andy Cohen, Rufus Wainwright, Tamron Hall, Countess Luann de Lesseps, Kelly Killoren Bensimon, Thom Filicia, Darren Star, Antoni Porowski, and Candace Bushnell, among others.
