North Sea Voices: Poets and Prose

Celebrate the beauty and spirit of North Sea, Southampton with an afternoon of readings by three writers whose work has been deeply shaped by this singular corner of the East End.

Ralph Sneeden reads from his lyrical memoir, The Legible Element — a collection of essays about a life lived on and in the water, from surfing and sailing to fishing, scuba diving, and the quiet rhythms of the sea. Tade Reen shares from Conscience Point, a novel set in North Sea, where a chance encounter leads to an unexpected and life-changing love story. Tammy Nuzzo-Morgan, PhD, an acclaimed Long Island poet, offers a selection of her poetry.
