Driver Pinned After Hamptons Rollover Crash: Cops
The crash led to downed wires in the roadway, which was closed for hours after the incident, police say.
SOUTHAMPTON, NY — County Road 39 in Southampton was closed for hours Thursday after a crash that brought down wires in the roadway, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, CR39 was closed from Magee Street to Sandy Hollow Road after the single car rollover crash.
One individual was pinned in the vehicle and heavy rescue was called, according to Southampton Town Police Lieutenant Susan Ralph; the person sustained minor injuries, she said.
