ICYMI: Bridgehampton Handyman Pleads Not Guilty to Assaulting 83-Year-Old Woman

Brontie O’Neal pleaded not guilty to four counts of second degree assault and one count of fourth degree grand larceny at his arraignment Wednesday, according to District Attorney Thomas Spota.

O’Neal, a Bridgehampton handyman, is charged with assaulting an 83-year-old womanin her home on Hands Creek Road on May 30.

O’Neal’s bail was set at $100,000 cash or $200,000 bond, according to the DA.

His next court date is scheduled for July 22.
