FLANDERS, NY — A Hampton Bays man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a Flanders crash Sunday, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, at 8:18 p.m., Alexander J. Barros-Bacuilima, 22, veered off Flanders Road and crashed into a utility pole.
Barros-Bacuilima was arrested and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, and issued summonses for traffic violations; he was processed and held for morning arraignment, police said.
