Man Charged With DWI, Leaving Scene After Southampton Crash: PD
He was arrested Sunday night, police say.
SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A Southampton man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a crash Sunday night, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, the crash took place at 9:01 p.m. on Majors Path in North Sea. Arturo CruzRoja, 33, left the scene and then, he was arrested and charged with misdemeanor DWI and leaving the scene of a crash resulting in property damage, a traffic infraction, police said.
CruzRojas was processed at Southampton Town Police headquarters and held for morning arraignment, police said.
