Man Charged With DWI In Riverside: Police
He was arrested after he was seen failing to maintain his lane and was found to be driving while intoxicated, police say.
RIVERSIDE, NY — A Riverhead man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated in Riverside Saturday, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, Pichola Punay, 30, was arrested at 10:29 p.m. and charged with misdemeanor DWI after he was seen failing to maintain his lane of travel on Riverleigh Avenue while in an intoxicated condition.
He was processed at Southampton Town Police headquarters and held for morning arraignment, police said.
