Motorcyclist Killed In Hamptons Crash: Cops

WATER MILL, NY — A motorcyclist was killed in a Water Mill crash Saturday, police said.

According to Southampton Town Police, an emergency call came in about a crash on Deerfield Rd. at 2:15 p.m. The 2017 Kawasaki motorcycle had crashed into a tree and the driver was thrown upon impact, police said. Although officers tried to help the driver, Jason M. Malak, 54, of New York, NY, he sustained serious injuries and died, police said.
