Police Seeking Women Who Used Stolen Credit Cards on East End

The women used the cards to purchase items in April and May, police say.

Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate two women wanted for using stolen credit cards at several East End stores.

An unknown person or people stole two credit cards from an East Hampton resident sometime in April, police said.

Before the victim realized the cards were missing, two women were seen using the credit cards to buy groceries, toiletries and other items at stores in East Hampton, Bridgehampton and Amagansett between April 8 and May 25, police said.

One of the females is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall in her late 20s to early 30s with blond hair, according to police.

She was a passenger in newer model Chevrolet Traverse during one of the transactions, police said.

The other female is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, 140 pounds with dark hair, police said.
