Yes saturday night i will be in the audience yet again to see Suzanne Vega weave her spell through her songs and their lyrics. I just find Ms. Vega intriguing and somewhat mysterious somehow. Her songs are timeless and seem to hold up after all these years. She has a quick wit and plays a steady guitar with sparks of brillance at just the right time. She has aged yet still maintains a unique youth when she sings. Her songs ignites the child in me and I just love watching her talent flow out and light up smiles and charm the Talkhouse audience. For me paying good money for her show is a worthwhile expense. This lady brings it. She is a professional. Years back when i was writing for a Hamptons Weekly she blew me off for an interview I was so looking forward to. I think I just wrote about the show, and as pissed as i was, the show was really good. They always are with Suzanne Vega at the Stephen Talkhouse.
