• Hamptons Home Invasion Leads To Discovery Of 1K Lbs. Of Marijuana, Arrest: Police (patch.com) — Southampton police responding to a reported home invasion on West Neck Road uncovered about 1,000 pounds of packaged marijuana and arrested a 27-year-old local resident on a felony cannabis charge. One person in the home was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, and detectives, working with the East End Drug Task Force, are asking anyone with information to contact the Southampton Town Police detective division.
