- A former chair of the East Hampton Town Republican Party was sentenced recently to jail for his part in a scheme involving the forging of signatures on nominating petitions in 2018. Amos Goodman, 38, was sentenced to a $1,000 fine on the misdemeanor conviction and three consecutive 15-day terms of imprisonment for the violations. (Patch)
- Lisa Finn has details on a two-car crash in Hampton Bays. It happened at 10:27 a.m. on Montauk Highway and one car flipped onto its roof. No one was injured. (Patch)
