The sessions will be limited to about 30 minutes each, held between 2:10 and 2:40 pm on Wednesdays, can be conducted either through Skype or Facetime, and will be videotaped (if the college permits) to be accessed later by those unable to attend.
The purpose of these interactions is to create opportunities for students to have direct contact with admissions representatives that may not be easily accessible to students/parents on the East End.

“We envision this is a chance for students to receive college information directly from admissions representatives while also having the ability to respond in real time to individual questions...including learning about unique opportunities and program,” the school wrote on their Facebook page. “Lastly, if the college representative later visits Southampton High School, participation in a Skype/Facetime session initiates a relationship that can be built upon later when meeting in person.”
