Southampton Woman Charged with Assault, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing: Police
The incident took place Friday, police said.
SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A Southampton woman was arrested after an altercation, police said.
According to New York State Police, Destiny Spears, 26, was arrested Friday and charged with third degree assault, a misdemeanor, criminal obstruction of breathing, and resisting arrest after an incident on the Shinnecock Indian Reservation.
She was held for arraignment at Southampton Justice Court Saturday, police said.
