Starbucks Set to Open in Southampton Village

A Starbucks coffee shop is set to open in Southampton Village sometime in late May, according to a report in 27east.

The store will be located on 39 Hampton Road and will have 16 seats in the 1,180-square-foot space in addition to the usual barista counter, drink and pastry cooler, bathroom and kitchen seen in all Starbucks stores, according to the report. 

There will 35 employees hired to work at the store and interviews for baristas as well as shift supervisors will be held on Saturdays at the Starbucks located on 2488 Montauk Highway in Bridgehampton, according to the report.
