State Police Report: Five DWI Arrests

State Police reported five arrests in the area over the past week.

Five people were arrested on DWI charges in the East End area over the past week, according to State Police.

Police reported the following arrests:

  • Justin T. Bonner, 31, of Hampton Bays, was arrested on Tuesday on a DWI charge. Bonner was stopped for a traffic violation on Montauk Highway westbound east of Springville Road in Hampton Bays and was found to be drunk. He was processed and released on uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Southampton Court on August 5.
  • Henry W. Cielatka, 56, of Cutchogue, was arrested on Wednesday on a DWI charge. Cielatka was stopped for a traffic violation on CR-104 north in Flanders and found to be drunk. He was processed and released on uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Southampton Court on August 4.
  • Eduardo Fontan Besey, 46, of Brooklyn, was arrested on Friday for driving while intoxicated. Fontan Besey was stopped for a traffic violation on Old Montauk Highway westbound in Montauk and police found he was drunk. He was processed and held to be arraigned at the Town of East Hampton Court.
  • Elias C. Coyotl, 44, of Southampton, was arrested on Friday for driving while intoxicated. Coyotl was stopped for traffic violation on Good Ground Road eastbound east of Springville Road in Hampton Bays and found to be drunk. He was processed and released on uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Southampton Court on August 3.
  • Francisco M. Gutierrez Arango, 32, of Southampton, was arrested on Saturday on a DWI charge. Gutierrez Arango was stopped for a traffic violation on State Route 24 northbound north of Bellows Pond Road in Hampton Bays and was found to be drunk. He was processed and released on uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Southampton Court on August 5.
