State Police Report: Three DWI Arrests

State Police-Riverside report the following arrests in the area over the past week:

• Milton A. Cruz, 43, of Mastic, was arrested on Wednesday after he was stopped on ST-27 eastbound in the Town of Southampton. He was found to be intoxicated and was arrested for aggravated DWI. Cruz was held for arraignment in the Town of Southampton Court.

• Angela M. Vaccaro, 20, of Manorville, was arrested on Wednesday after she was stopped on Spruce Lane in the Town of Southampton. She was involved in a minor personal injury accident on W. Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays. She was found to be intoxicated and was arrested for DWI, seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, and first degree leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. Vaccaro was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Southampton Court on July 20.

• Gregory W. D’Elia, 54, of West Palm Beach, FL., was arrested on Sunday after he stopped on ST-27 eastbound east of exit 66 in Hampton Bays. He was found to be intoxicated and was arrested for DWI. D’Elia was issued and appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Southampton Court on July 22.
