Village Police Log: Larceny, Choking, Drugs and DWI Keep Police Busy

Many arrests in the lead up to Memorial Day.

Grand Larceny and Choking

  • Lester D. Pettaway, 19, of Southampton was arrested Wednesday at around 3:20 p.m. and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, a felony, and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the third degree, misdemeanors.

  • Quidirro K. Sulph, 22, of Southampton was arrested Wednesday at 8:19 p.m. and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, a felony, and criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree, a misdemeanor.
  • Alexander P. Trejo, 28, of Hampton Bays was arrested Friday at 1:15 a.m. and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, both felonies, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, both misdemeanors.
  • Pameli A. Trejo, 24, of Hampton Bays was arrested Friday at 1:15 a.m. and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, both felonies, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, both misdemeanors.

Possession of Stolen Property

  • Oscar Meza, 42, of Kearney, N.J., was arrested Thursday at 2:23 p.m. and charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree and forgery in the second degree, both felonies, and petty larceny, a misdemeanor.

DWI

  • Emanuele Nigro, 29, of New York City was arrested Wednesday at 11:50 p.m. and charged with aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marihuana, a violation.
  • Carolena Rojas Marcos, 19, of New York City was arrested Sunday at 12:23 a.m. and charged with  DWI and criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree, both misdemeanors.
  • Rocco Pascale, 53, of Center Moriches was arrested Sunday at 1:16 a.m. and charged with DWI.
  • Meghan M. Auld, 25, of New York City was arrested Sunday at 4:42 a.m. and charged with DWI.
  • Luis N. Morocho-Carchi, 22, of Southampton was arrested Monday at 3:10 a.m. and charged with DWI.

Petty Larceny and Possession of a Forged Instrument

  • Dylan M. Keegan, 19, of Palisades was arrested Sunday at 3:03 a.m and charged with petty larceny and criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree, both misdemeanors.
