3 Arrested For Drunken Driving: State Police

One of those arrested was from Putnam County.

CARMEL, NY — State Police from Troop F arrested three area residents for allegedly driving while intoxicated. On April 23, Edward Murph, 37, of Carmel, was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Police said he was found to be impaired by alcohol and was arrested.

Christopher Arpine, 58, of New Windsor, was traveling April 23 on I-84 in the Town of Wallkill when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Police said he was alcohol impaired and was arrested.

On April 24, State Police arrested Denzel Warner, 27, of Middletown for DWI. He had been traveling on Academy Avenue in the City of Middletown when he was stopped for a traffic law violation and was found to be impaired by alcohol.
