Dr. Buchalter is on staff at Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel, and Northern Westchester Hospital Center in Mount Kisco.  He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the NYU Hospital for Joint Disease Orthopaedic Institute Dr. Buchalter received his board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery in 1990. Dr. Fauser received his board certification in 1990 and is a founding partner of Somers Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine Group. Dr. Victor Khabie, a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon, is Chief of Surgery and Chief of Sports Medicine Surgery at Northern Westchester Hospital.  He is also the Co-Director of the Orthopaedic and Spine Institute at Northern Westchester Hospital in addition to the Co-Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery.  Dr. Khabie is on staff at Northern Westchester Hospital in Mt.
