Brewster, Southeast Postpone Trash Pickup

BREWSTER, NY — Brewster has postponed refuse and recycling pickup until Tuesday due to the storm-created road conditions.

The Town of Southeast refuse and recycling is also suspended today, due to the weather. Service will resume on the next regular scheduled collection day. Please place your items out on your next scheduled day for each specific services.

Also, Brewster Village Hall is closed.

All Putnam County Government Offices, with the exception of essential services are closed.

The county's transportation system which includes Croton Falls Commuters, any fixed route PART System, Paratransit, Veteran’s Transports and Pre-K/EI Transportation to schools in Putnam and Westchester Counties, has suspended all service. Full operations are expected to return Saturday.
