Brewster Man Accused Of Breaking Into North Salem House
State troopers responded at about 7:55 p.m. Oct. 8 to a house on Route 22 for a report of an intruder.

BREWSTER, NY — A Brewster man broke into a house in North Salem, causing damage, and was caught in the act, state police allege. They arrested Carlos H. Lopez, 24, on Oct. 8.
Troopers had responded at about 7:55 p.m. that day to a house on Route 22 for a report of an intruder.

Lopez was charged with Burglary in the 2nd degree, a class C felony, and Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor. He was arraigned before the town of North Salem Court, and sent to the Westchester County Jail without bail.
