Brewster Man Faces DWI Charge in Southeast
State police said they stopped Domenico Dimezza for speeding June 26.
New York State Police arrested Domenico Dimezza, 47, of Brewster, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
On June 26, troopers stopped the vehicle Dimezza was operating for speeding. An investigation revealed that Dimezza was intoxicated at the time of the stop.
Dimezza was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Southeast Court on July 9, 2015.
