Brewster grad Tapio enjoys career best

The below was taken from the New York Pride website:

Emily Tapio (Brewster; Fordham) had a career best 11 points, 7 rebound, and 2 assist outing against La Salle in an A10 conference game on January 11, 2012.

After becoming eligible to play on 11-11-11, the former high school and Rose Classic standout wears #11 for the Rams and was also #11 in high school.

Being named Fordham's "Player of the Game" by the WFUV broadcast crew did little to take the sting off of a tough 6 point loss that saw the freshman bring the deficit to 6 with 31 seconds to play on an old-fashioned 3 point play.
