Carmel Man Faces Felony Child Porn Charges
A search warrant led to the discovery of multiple illegal images on his computer.

CARMEL, NY — A Carmel resident faces felony child porn charges. On Feb. 26, the New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Mark K. Treulieb, 52.
Troopers received a tip of possible child pornography from Treulieb’s computer repair service.
Investigation by both Investigators and the Troop K Computer Crimes Unit after the execution of a search warrant granted by the town of Carmel Court led to the discovery of multiple illegal images.

Treulieb was arraigned before the town of Carmel Court before the Honorable Judge Jacobellis. and released on his own recognizance to return on March 26 to face three counts of Possession of a Sexual Performance by a Child, all class E felonies.
