HUDSON VALLEY, NY â For people in Putnam and Dutchess counties, Nuvance Health has established a Nuvance Health community hotline about the new coronavirus. As of Sunday afternoon there were 729 positive cases in New York State.
Medical staff will answer questions and address concerns. They will also provide remote screenings for people who think they are experiencing symptoms of virus, which is officially known as COVID-19.
Those symptoms include cough, fever, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, and travel and possible exposure history.

If you meet the clinical criteria for possible infection with COVID-19, the medical staff will help you with next steps. Phone number: 888-667-9262. Hours of operation: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week.
