Danbury Man Charged with DWI in Southeast
He was stopped on I-84 for speeding, New York State Police said.
SOUTHEAST, NY — Miguel S. Munoz-Lopez of Danbury, Connecticut, faces a charge of DWI, a Misdemeanor.
Munoz-Lopez was stopped by police on Interstate 84 for speeding. A subsequent investigation revealed that the 39-year-old was intoxicated at the time of the stop, police allege.
He provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .17, police said; and was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear in the Town of Southeast Court on Nov. 3.
