On July 1, 2015, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Emily B. Lonegan, 23, of Brewster, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers dispatched to a property damage auto collision in the Town of Cortlandt allege that Lonegan attempted to move her vehicle from a parked position and struck another parked vehicle.
Subsequent investigation revealed that she was intoxicated, police said.
Lonegan supplied a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .19 percent and was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Court on July 10.
