
Brian R. Morgan of Brooklyn, New York, faces charges of Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree, both Class E Felonies.
Troopers stopped Morgan on the Taconic State Parkway Sept. 3, alleging speeding and failing to use a directional signal when he changed lanes. The arresting officer concluded that Morgan was intoxicated at the time of the stop.
The 41-year-old was charged with Felony DWI when a criminal history revealed a previous DWI related conviction from July of 2014. Morgan was also charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st Degree for operating the Hyundai with revoked driving privileges due to previous DWI related arrests.

He was arraigned before the Town of Putnam Valley Justice Court and remanded to the Putnam County Jail without bail. He is due to appear in the Town of Putnam Valley Justice Court at a later date and time.
