Felony DWI in Southeast for Carmel Man
Cops stopped his car on Route 52 for a loud exhaust.

New York State Police arrested Ryan D. Williams, 29, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Class E Felony, due to a previous DWI related conviction within the preceding 10 years.
Troopers stopped the vehicle the Carmel resident was operating on State Route 52 for having a loud, inadequate exhaust. They concluded Williams was intoxicated.
He provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .10 percent and was arraigned in the Town of Southeast Justice Court.

Williams was sent to the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail and scheduled to return to the Town of Carmel Court on July 26.
