Forged Drivers Licence Leads to Arrest in Southeast: State Police
The Mahopac resident is due in Southeast Town Court Oct. 16.

Wilson Abel Chafla Yumbia of Mahopac NY faces a charge of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd Degree - a D Felony.
Yumbia, 24, was arrested by state police from the Brewster barracks after a traffic stop for vehicle and traffic violations in Southeast. Police said Yumbia provided a forged Maryland Drivers License as identification.
He was arraigned before the Town of Patterson Justice Court and sent to the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
Yumbia is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Southeast Court on Oct. 16.
