On October 5, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Gary J. Guerra, 19, of Danbury, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on the Bear Mountain Parkway in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.

On October 5, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Edward W. Minovich, 25, of Wappinger, NY, for DWI and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, both misdemeanors. He was traveling on the Bear Mountain Parkway in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
On October 6, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Joseph A. Pacchiana, 41, of Peekskill, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on East Main Street in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.

On October 6, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Aaron V. Courtman, 37, of Putnam Valley, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Memorial Drive in the town of Cortlandt, investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
