Hoboken Police Hunt for Carmel Man
The cops seek two men who viciously attacked a third in a McDonalds restaurant May 25.

Hoboken police are seeking two men who allegedly attacked a man in the McDonald’s on Washington Street.
According to police, around 3:27 a.m. on Monday, two men entered the restaurant and punched the victim, then kicked him as he was lying on the floor, knocking him unconscious and causing serious head trauma.

The suspects then fled.
Authorities have identified one of them as Paul Maiolini, 26, of Carmel, N.Y., a 5 foot 9 inch, 175-pound, unemployed ironworker.

Authorities described the second suspect as a light-complexioned, white or Hispanic man with several tattoos on both arms, about 5 foot 9 inches and 160 pounds. The suspect was wearing a long-sleeved, black shirt with an attached hood, blue-colored jeans, white and black-colored sneakers, and a red, fitted baseball cap with a black-colored New York Yankees logo.
Maiolini has been charged with aggravated assault in the second degree and endangering an injured victim.
