Mount Kisco Man Arrested in Southeast for Driving Drunk
Police said he was two times the legal limit.

Southeast, NY — A Mount Kisco man was arrested July 9 because police said he was driving drunk.
Police from the Brewster barracks Alexander J. Moore, 24, into custody after he was stopped on Route 22 for failure to stay in his lane.
An investigation conducted by the arresting officer found Moore was intoxicated at the time, police said.

The breath sample he provided yielded a blood alcohol content of 0.23 percent, which is more than two times the legal limit.
Moore was issued traffic tickets to appear in the Town of Southeast Justice Court July 19.
