Ed Mulvihill is the new Brewster football coach, replacing Don Polverari. Board of Education members congratulated Mulvihill at least week's meeting.

Bears Make Poll

The Brewster Bears boys basketball squad had a fine season this winter and were rewarded for their efforts by being named the No. 7 team in the Class A poll in the Insider rankings.

Brewster Baseball

Brewster participated in the Beacon Bulldog Tournament at Dutchess Stadium on Sunday, losing a pair of close games, 3-2 to Arlington and 6-4 to Tappan Zee.

Brewster's Garrett Longhurst went 1 for 3 with two RBI against Arlington.
