Obituary: Jessica Anne Bulfaro, Former Carmel Resident

It is with tremendous sadness we announce Jessica Anne Bulfaro, 26, of Milford, CT and formerly of Carmel, NY passed away tragically on April 20, 2023.

Jessica was born on August 22, 1996 in White Plains, NY to her loving parents Stephen and Jeanette (Santorelli) Bulfaro.

After graduating High School, Jessica went on to study at Keene State where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, she then attended Fairfield University and achieved her Master’s Degree in I/O Psychology. She was the type of person who took great pride in her work and paid attention to every little detail, which drove her academic career and she was extremely proud of her accomplishments thus far. She worked as a Human Resources Manager in Sandy Hook, CT.

Jessica was a loving and devoted daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend who brought smiles to everyone’s face. Spending time with family and friends brought her great joy, as they were the most important part of her life. She was a beautiful, sweet soul who always had a kind word and a smile for everyone.

Jessica will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her. She touched the lives of so many people in the brief time she had, she was our shining light on this earth that we will forever be blessed to have had.

Jessica is survived by her beloved parents, Stephen and Jeanette Bulfaro, her four loving grandparents, Joseph Troy and Patricia Bulfaro-Troy, and Carmine and Yolanda Santorelli. She is also survived by her Uncles Frank, Nick, and Anthony Santorelli and Aunts Maureen, Joanne, and Trish Santorelli along with her cousins Nicole, Michael, Nicholas, Andrew, and Rosemarie. She also leaves behind her cherished Uncle Tom and Aunt Tina Giustino, and cousins Tommy, Johnny, and Nicky, as well as many other Aunts, Uncles and cousins who all held a special place in her heart.

She was predeceased by her loving Uncle Joseph Bulfaro, Jr. (2000), Uncle Ronald Giustino (2022) and Aunt Loretta Giustino (2023).

Family will be receiving friends for the visitation being held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Cargain Funeral Homes Inc., 10 Fowler Avenue, Carmel, NY, 10512.
A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate the life of Jessica Anne will commence on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at St. James the Apostle Church, 14 Gleneida Avenue, Carmel, NY.

Following the Mass, she will be escorted for entombment taking place at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery Mausoleum in Hawthorne, NY.
