Obituary: Lillian E. Hudson, 74

Lillian E. Hudson, 74, beloved mother, passed away on September 22, 2021.

Lillian was born on October 26, 1946, in Mahopac, NY, daughter of the late George W. and Mabel E (Barrett) Anderson.

Lillian married the love of her life, Albert M. Hudson on January 30, 1965. Together, they were blessed with one daughter, Christina. Sadly, she is predeceased by her husband Albert M., and brother George W. Anderson Jr.

Lillian was a devoted mother. She worked as a dietary supervisor at Putnam Hospital Center, as well as a pharmacy technician for the A&P. Lillian found great joy going to casinos, especially Mohegan Sun. She brought home fond memories from the Caribbean.

Lillian is survived by her daughter Christina Hudson and (Daniel) of Wappinger’s Falls, NY; her sister, Sissy (Thomas) Smith of Patterson, NY, and her brother, Wayne (LeeAnn) Anderson of Patterson, NY. Also, an aunt, uncle, several nieces and nephews and cousins.

Her family would like to thank everyone for their love and prayers during this difficult time. She will be sadly missed by all who were fortunate to know her.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday September 28, 2021, at 11:00 am at Dwyer Funeral Home, 23 South Street, Patterson, NY. Visitation will be at Dwyer Funeral Home on Monday, September 27 from 4pm-8pm.

Donations may be made in Lillian’s memory to the American Cancer Society or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
