"I am gratified by the strong support of Conservative voters in today's Primary Election. The results are a product of the work my administration has done over the past seven years to run a fiscally conservative government, grow our economy, protect our seniors and honor our veterans. But there is still more work to be done, and I'm looking forward to campaigning over the next 53 days to earn the support of voters all across Putnam County in November."
There was a grassroots campaign to write-in Odell's Democratic challenger in the Conservative primary, which she easily brushed aside.
