Reports are from state police and the sheriff's office.

-David C. Morin, 30, of Danbury, Conn., was arrested and charged with two misdemeanors and one felony around 3 a.m. Monday, police say. According to a press release from the Putnam County Sheriff's Office, Deputy Sheriff Frederick Mark stopped Morin after he committed a traffic violation on Sodom Road in Southeast. Mark concluded that Morin was intoxicated and that he had been driving while his "privilege to operate a motor vehicle in the state of New York had been suspended,” the release states. Mark arrested Morin and charged him with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony. While he was making the arrest, Mark found Morin to be in possession of a controlled substance, which was not identified in the release. That tacked on a misdemeanor charge of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, according to the release. Morin was processed at the Putnam County Correctional Facility.
-Oscar R. Gonzales-Lopez, 22, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing in the third degree, a misdemeanor, following a dispute involving his ex-girlfriend, according to police. A press release from the sheriff’s office states that Deputy Sheriffs Edward Kennedy and Thomas Lee arrived at a home on Deans Corners Road in Southeast around 2:20 a.m. Feb. 13, in response to a 911 call. Police say that Gonzales-Lopez, whose address is unknown, had shown up intoxicated at his ex-girlfriend’s home and had refused to leave. After he was arrested, Gonzales-Lopez was processed at the county's correctional facility.
-Daniel D. Cyrus, 45, was arrested Feb. 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to police. The arrest came after two officials from the sheriff’s office stopped him around 12:15 a.m. for an alleged traffic violation on Route 22 in Southeast. Cyrus, a resident of Patterson, allegedly failed field sobriety tests. Once he was processed at the county’s correctional facility he consented to a blood analysis, which led to his being charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, a press release states. The sheriff’s office generally does not release blood alcohol levels, as they may be considered evidentiary. The aggravated driving while intoxicated charge comes with a blood alcohol content of 0.18 or higher.
