On April 25, 2016, New York State Police arrested 53-year-old Jeffery G. Welles, of Brewster, New York, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st Degree, both Class E Felonies.
Following a Putnam County 911 advisory broadcasting an erratic vehicle complaint, the Village of Brewster Police Department located and stopped the erratic vehicle on Main Street.
