Police Say Man Burglarized, Assaulted Relative in Southeast

Anthony Magliocco, 25, of Sandy Hook, CT, faces Burglary 2nd Degree, a Class C Felony, and Assault 3rd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.

On August 28, 2014, state troopers were dispatched by Putnam County 911 to a Southeast home for a reported Burglary.

State police arrested Magliocco Sept. 22, alleging that he unlawfully entered the house and assaulted the homeowne—who is a family member of the suspect.

Magliocco was arraigned before the Town of Southeast Justice Court and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to re-appear in Southeast Court on Nov. 20.
